hahahaha no. It just looks smudgy. I'm also looking to learn how to:

use jumper cables
find out where to put windshield wiper fluid
how to change a tire

Use jumper cables - Make sure one of the negative (black) clamps is grounded to the frame of the car.

Find out where to put windshield wiper fluid - Don't use windshield wipers.

How to change a tire - Flag down the next big guy/girl you see and ask for help. :)

My smart tv just froze and I can't get it to do anything.
Hook up a new dryer if I go buy one today?

Without a coaching search ongoing, today I have:

- worked (for pay) 4 hours
- completed 6 loads of laundry
- deep cleaned my kitchen
- grocery shopped
- cleaned out 2 closets
- switched out my summer and winter clothes.

Yeah, it just triggered me majorly. 1) my dad and I are super close, and 2) Not every woman wants the traditional 2.3 kids and white picket fence life. It’s not even worth talking about anymore but I’ll admit I lost my cool there at the end.

i don't think you'll hear from that poster again...but there's a lot more where he came from...

I'll be in Knoxville next weekend babysitting my two grandsons while my son (former Grudenite) and his wife are out partying. Give me a call and I will use my years of experience in mundane matters to help you. Here is my first piece of helpful advice---

My smart tv just froze and I can't get it to do anything. Go to bathroom, get your hair dryer and use it to defrost your frozen smart TV. :)

LOL, thanks! I'm going to talk my sis into driving to Knox and help me with some things. She knows how to do all this stuff. I avoided learning anything other than "girly" things :) My husband tried to teach me, but I didn't pay attention. I guess I should of...

i ransacked this thread last night with a random comment about the soundtrack of my day...i don't apologize for that as i can't see what else will keep this thread going

39 years ago today I married my husband. We met at Fall Creek Falls (and I didn’t even like him at first!) in June, I graduated in July, we got engaged in August, and married that December. We grew up together, survived a major tragedy, worked through tough marital times, and raised 2 great kids and are loving our fabulous grand daughter. We know we’ll have more disagreements; but as long as we can make each other laugh when we take ourselves too seriously, listen to each other when we get too bullheaded, and always remember, there’s way more good than bad, I think we’ll make it a few more years together!

Happy Anniversary

Right after you left the board, volzonya (sp?) said looking at my posts and photo, it was safe to assume I didnt know my dad. He went on to say (in essence) that bc I was single and had been heartbroken, there must be something in my past that screwed me up bc professionally successful people don’t have problems.

Then, I lost my mind and went bad on him.

Maybe you reminded him of someone.

Because a gentleman, under any circumstances, would regard his wife and her well-being. The optics here are awful.

The redneck kiffin it is...

Sorry...way behind in this thread. At least CJP remembered to “”THINK” his wife at the press conference. :eek:lol:
