Meanwhile, up on top of Old Smoky...literally. Ended up driving 10 hours through rain, then rain/snow mix, then snow to get to our cabin looking out at Mt. LeConte. Woke up this morning to a couple on inches of untouched snow; a view that literally takes your breath; the type of quiet beauty that has to be experienced to be appreciated; and a quick stop by at VolNation.

I'm on top of a mountain. There's snow. I have my woman, my dog, a fire in the fireplace, and UT football looks like it may be on it's way back.

Doesn't get any better than this.
