Sorry, I just meant that Dooley had nothing to be excited about. CJP has at least coached a top D and won’t at a high level. 👊😉

Don't get me wrong, I would prefer to think he can see the talent on that side of the ball, but finding the right "fit" to get the offense running again will not be easy.

Defense? I think the Vol defense is about to get nasty real soon.

Good to see the dust has settled and most of the good people are here. RIP Exile and Comb. They need to come back soon.

Don't know if anybody else is really bummed. Just spent really getting off that crazy roller coaster that was the search and an abysmal football season. So many up and down that was the Gruden threads. In a way it was pretty exciting. I think it was the fine people that made them up. I digress, kinda of a relief that we have a coach now. I'm just not as enthused as some are. Just doesn't feel right hiring a Bama lifer. Guess we'll be burning mattresses again in 2 or 3 years when Saban hangs em up.
