I’m not gonna lie. I don’t have a great feeling about all this, but I am self aware to know that a big part of it is the sense that there were so many qualified HC out there. I really hate Alabama (I know it’s irrational since apparently this guy is our coach , BUT I REALLY HATE ALABAMA), and I need to see the staff this guy assembles. I

Saban won't retire until he hits 7 NC's. That breaks Bear Bryant's record of 6. Saban has 5 now so my guess is he either he waits until 7 to consider retirement or he dies trying to get there.

Thats speculation, just like I could speculate what if he gets hit by a bus in the next 8 months? Pruitt wouldn't coach one game here.

I think we all have to give the guy a chance. I want Tennessee to be relevant again. My hope is that our new coach is able to get us there. Go Vols!!!

Yep as this wears off I will eventually gather the boot straps pick myself up and pull for my Orange as I always do. It is how I am wired. At the end of the day although I was Gruden all the way this hire may not end up terrible. Time will tell. Hell the next 13 days will tell.

I believe we have hit rock bottom and we are now on the move in the right direction. hopefully out rise is steady and true. brick by, no wait...step by step....;)
