I think that was with CMR's recruits, so, my point....Kirby has under achieved with some Top 5 talent.

As soon as kids can start visiting again expect that class to fall apart. What they fail to point out is when kids can start visiting again many of those kids will also visit UT, so while we can expect some likely movement in UT's class, I don't expect it to fall apart, but rather improve.

Why are they talking like we dont have just as good if not better facilities then they do. Our academics are right there with anybody in the SEC, girls are just as pretty, and who doesnt love the Hill. The haters have all failed to realize that recruiting during this pandemic takes away all the smoke and mirrors. There are no magic tricks, gadgets, or flashy lights. Its zoom, and cell phones which means a coach has to be able to truly connect with a kid to get him to commit right now. The common theme from all 21 of our commits was the connection with the coaching staff and current players. They are sold on the idea that they can be the class to put us over the hump. I believe we will sign every kid that CJP wants to sign from this class.

They forget that we owned them in the 90s and it’s been competitive since. Even in years when we sucked, the games were usually closer with a few exceptions. They also talk trash a lot now because they know their window against us is short-lived.

By every 3rd party standard the Vols have demonstrable better facilities

As far as facilities, UT unarguable has as good and probably better facilities than anyone in the SEC, probably nation too. Now we can banter back and forth about recruits, coaches, yada yada...but the campus/facilities are among the best. Not even a question.

An acquaintance of mine (UGA fan) brought up how good our recruiting has been lately. Almost certain set himself up to bash UT.

Then followed it up with “But it don’t matter because y’all can’t even beat Georgia State.”

Then I said, “then I guess it’ll be even more embarrassing when we beat Georgia this year.”

He had no comeback.
