I love Tee but I just don’t think he’s ready yet. I would of course support him if he got the job though. I have to be honest and admit that in terms of him potentially being our head coach, it does concern me a little bit that he got an 11 on the Wonderlic. I haven’t seen too many people mention this, and I know it’s probably somewhat of a touchy subject. I just think you have to factor everything like that into the equation when it comes to vetting a head coach at a place with as much pressure as Tennessee.

He is a college graduate who learned NFL playbooks and has ran college passing games for years. Why are we not trying to dig up stuff like this on other coaches? While I am looking forward to seeing who the next HC will be, I'm equally intrigued by who he hires. OC, DC, O-Line coach, D-Line coach, etc. that'll let us know a lot about the success potential moving forward. Really hope whoever the HC is, he considers retaining Coach Gillespie.
