Cregg was one of three coaches who had worked with Kiffin before coming to the Raiders, spending a year together on the staff at Colorado State. Tight ends coach Kelly Skipper worked with Kiffin at Fresno State and special teams coach Brian Schneider was on the Colorado State staff with Kiffin.

From WTOP article

Watch for these two names to potentially surface soon.

Kelly Skipper=Jason Michael out

special teams coach Brian Schneider from the Raiders will become the rumored special teams coach.

Why would anyone want to stay in Oakland? Every coach left on that staff probably keeps their bags packed waiting on another job offer.

Not to say it's true, but could he be coming he to coach the D-Line? The article did also say:

"It’s not known what position Cregg will coach at Tennessee. He was a defensive line coach at Idaho and Colgate, and was hired at Kiffin’s request to assist Cable with the offensive line in Oakland. Gary Atkins, the line coach at Tennessee, was retained on a trail basis when Kiffin was hired."

Maybe it is to say coach O isn't coming or is playing a different role? That would keep Atkins at O-line. As I said, I hope it's not true but just a thought. Plz oh plz let my thoughts be ones of fatigue!

Cregg's only experience on offense is his 2 yrs with the raiders. He was an Asst. OL coach until Kiffen left. He was promoted to OL Coach when Cable was named interim HC.

Adkins has managed to wreck our O line...A coach with any background is an improvement.
