So as most of you know I'm a gator but I was just sent to ft campball so I hope the UT family will welcome me now I live in TN

Go to the Blackhorse Pub and Brewery on Frankilin St, It's downtown Clarksville, get a Heart Attack pizza and enjoy the home brewed beer...The Barnstormer Red, is my favorite

Blackhorse is great .... The black and tan with vanilla and coal miners stout is excellent. Also, late night at Johnny's big burger can't be beat

Welcome to the great State of Tennessee! Most respectable gators get along just fine with us, in fact it seems like a few of them actually frequent our boards more than they do their own.

Unless you find yourself in West Tennessee, I would recommend refraining from being overly boastful about UF and for God sakes NEVER disrespect the Vols even slightly, especially on Volnation. If you are planning to post regularly on VN, try to keep in mind that fans of other teams posting on our boards tend to find their comments scrutinized a bit more. When you're dealing with a highly sensitive fanbase that has developed somewhat of an inferiority complex as a result of a never ending freight train of BS and bad luck over the last decade or so, there are bound to be a few that will be looking to label you a troll initially. So, they will likely try to read more into things you post than you ever intended. I wouldn't recommend engaging in a back and forth should this happen, this usually does not end well for the opposing team's fan. Just be cognizant of this possibility and should it happen anyway, try to be the bigger person and just let it go.

Use the ignore feature constantly, especially if reading incessant criticism and degrading comments about UF bothers you to the point of fighting. UF's a huge rival and at this point has beat us too many consecutive times for some people to refrain from expressing their unhappiness about this in recurring and often unrelated bouts of UF angst. Don't feel bad, UA currently shares the same status. We plan to rectify both of these issues next year though, so don't fret over this too much. For the time being, ignore is your friend.

Congrats on landing here and thank you for your service! For the most part, Tennessee is a fantastic home filled with wonderful people. You are lucky to get to experience life as a Tennessee Volunteer, my friend!!

god country is so right it is so beautiful here I am shocked yes in florida we have the ocean but here the woods, backroads, fishing, hunting its a mans dream...TN has won the florida guy over!!!!!

I have never been to a gator forum so you are right, and I don't disrespect any SEC team...I went to UF...a few buddies and I all got gator tattoo's but under they say SEC so don't worry there! And I will respect the vols here because well it is a vols forum and you guys have the right to talk as much trash as you feel you need to again because I choose to be here not made
