where did I say anything about fixing the problem? pointing out the flaws in an argument has nothing to do with whether I agree with the alleged end goal.

me personally, I would look at both ends of the government as problems. fixing one side without addressing the other at this point doesn't help at the level we are at now. neither side has a monopoly on well-phrased but bad outcomes for minorities.
