😂 No. They stopped doing that. Funny story actually as to why. The fire department does it and somewhere they sprayed the fire retardant foam down the intake of an engine which caused significant damage. Now the only way they will do it is if the pilot signs a waiver for any damage. The company won't do it so if they damaged the engine or anything else, I would have to pay for it. Yeah.. No thanks.

It isn't really a celebration for me anyway so I prefer to just go quietly

Honest question - is it not illegal to get up so close and scream in the face of a stranger whether they’re a police officer or a librarian? I would personally have no problem if someone had cuffed that idiot.

In that context it was a protest. And to keep things from escalating they often let people get away with minor things that are borderline. What she was doing was singling out and harassing an individual because of his ethnicity. It was classless bullying but not illegal.
