The now $48 million, 138,000-square-foot addition is part of a plan to vacate the campus' Stokely Athletic Center.
Is the new football training center really going to be 138,000 sq. ft.? In addition to Neyland-Thompson Sports Center's 120,000 sq. ft.? That seems like a very large structure for a not so large build site. At $48 million it makes sense, but that's bigger than A&M's Bright Football Complex.
