I like em all...buy for some reason the Smokey Grey really sticks out for me (in a good way).

I think we should typically stick to white pants with both the normal home and road look, but I don't mind switching it up with orange pants a few times per year. Obviously Butch likely has his own plans and ideas, but if I was him my game uniform schedule would look something like this:

Bowling Green: Classic home
Oklahoma: All orange
Western Carolina: Classic home
Florida: Storm trooper
Arkansas: Smokey gray
Georgia: Classic home
Alabama: Storm trooper
Kentucky: White w orange
SC: Classic home
North Texas: Classic home
Mizzou: Storm trooper
Vandy: Classic home

I like them all, it time for the change...the new gray looks like the old uniform gray...adidas looks to have a hint of blue in it.

By the way for those who through the big fits over the Lady Vols>>>I don't remember anyone *****ing over adding another color (Blue) to UT colors

Where could I get a large print of this? (The picture of the different unis)

For my opinion - Not worried about the alternates given their limited use.
Not crazy about the orange collar but doubt I will notice it on gameday.
Hope we go orange jersey/white pants way more often than orange/orange. That has nothing to do with Nike, I'm just not fond of the orange combo.. but that's just my tastes.

Minor gripes but welcome aboard Nike.

Couldn't disagree more.....saw a side by side of the Adidas vs Nike smokey gray and it wasn't close....the Adidas uni looked amateurish IMO. Anywho, no worries, we all have differing opinions to some extent. They athletes are gonna look great no matter which sport, which uni IMO.

I posted this in another thread. Gives a decent comparison. Definitely favor the Nike

I think you see the Smoky uni more than once. Probably Carolina.

I'm pleased with the new uniforms overall. I don't care for the orange collar on the white jerseys. I like the stripe fading to checker on the pants and white helmets. I don't care for it on the gray helmet though. I think it looks to busy with the mountain pattern. Those are nitpicking issues though. The stormtrooper away uniform is still my favorite. But the classic orange jersey with white pants is a close second.

And I see Adidas as an amateurish, quickly thrown together uniform that clashes with the helmet....vs Nike's professionally done, well thought out color scheme and design. Like I said.....we all have differing opinions......even though it appears the athletes agree with me 😁

How many of the players only care because of the swoosh logo? Kids love the Oregon uniforms, too. Doesn't make them any good.

I would be interested to see a poll that asks how many fans dislike or feel indifferent about the uniforms.

Honestly, I would favor the Nike too of it weren't for the top/shoulder part. The shade on the bottom half is great.

I don't think that's a fair comparison. The picture of the Nike uniform makes the body of it look way lighter than it really is. The two grays are much closer than what that picture shows. It's not nearly that light.

The basketball and baseball unis are awesome! I want to see the football team on the field before I fall in love with the new uniforms. But I am happy there's
no gratuitous checkerboards on the thing, and getting rid of the outlines on the numbers was long overdue.

I look forward to the day that Butch feels confident enough in terms of talent matchup that he can walk to the midfield stripe of Bryant-Denny Stadium and give Nick Saban this message: "Nick, we're going to honor an older tradition today. We will gladly accept the obligatory 15-yard penalties at the beginning of each half, but our boys are going to don their orange jerseys. And they are going to kick your collective rear ends from one end of this field to the other."

I would love to see both sides wear their home colors again.

I love them all but I think the mountain design is what I like the most. I just looked at the pic of the alt helmet on UTsports.com and thought

that is crazy awesome artwork! So realistic! Storm Trooper is awesome but, so is the solid orange! Alt. uni is great but you all know they will

tweak it over the next few years and make it even better.

VERDICT- LOVE THEM ALL!!!
