I would like to see the combination of two traditions Replace the contiversial "Woo" in Rocky Top with a Smokey bark, howl, bray.

Plus old traditions, like the walking horses, that have faded with time.

I wouldn't mind starting up new traditions, but we really don't need them. As many folks in this thread have said already, all we really need is to get back to our old winning ways.

Unleash the band. No DJs. No recorded music. No third down ring tones. None of that crap. Let the band play it, or it isn't heard at a Volunteers game. UT has music majors and professors. Let them make arrangements for TPOTS, from funk classics to hip hop to pop country hits. Develop imaginative choreography for their performances on the field. They can still play Rocky Top, Down the Field, and our alma mater song, but let them play everything else anyone would want to hear.

Plus, I forgot one of our coolest traditions, even if Kentucky tries to claim it as their own: checkerboard end zones matching the clock tower of Ayers Hall (I wonder if Kentucky realizes they're matching the clock tower of Ayers Hall, too? haha).

And one of the cool new traditions, less than a decade old, of checkerboarding the stadium once a year. Love that one. *salute*
