New tabs

It’s the amway ads. Mine only does it when they are present at the bottom of the screen (mobile)

I didn’t start getting the tab issue until I got my X. (Also had been running an older ios). But I get it occasionally even opening threads or paging over.

It’s happening nearly every click for me. And like others said always when amway is present. Mobile, iPhone latest update, safari.

Any news on a fix for this yet?

It opened three new tabs just getting to this screen

After a bit of vacation, I'm back around. I'll look into getting this blocked on mobile.

Sorry for the inconveniences.

EDIT: I've put in a request to have it blocked by our ad provider. Hopefully they are back at work and it gets handled soon.

:hi:

The Trivago ad seems to be trying to splash itself onto my screen. It's not being nice and staying at the bottom... my screen is jumping down to that ad while the page is trying to load.

This Trivago thing is chronic. Almost every time that I change forums or threads. No other advertisement... only Trivago. I suppose if I shut down and start over it won't happen as often. But I just click, wait for it, and then slide up to the top after Trivago is finished hijacking the display.

Since I've typed the word Trivago, that's now the advertisement that I'm getting 90% of the time.

Victoria's Secret. Victoria's Secret.

Why are little ads popping up in the top left hand corner of each page I go to?
WTH is that about? We have enough ads on these pages as is!! They're annoying as hell!!

Also, on mobile, those new windows ("tabs") just seem to randomly get created. Sometimes the operation just results in maneuvering to the selected post/topic/forum and sometimes the selection opens in a new window/tab. I think that the Russians are behind this chaos.
