Im on a Sprint employee plan because I have a fanily member that works there. I have zero complaints.
I was with Sprint years ago before they had the iPhone. I switched over to AT&T and have been with them ever since. I've had my complaints over the years with AT&T re dropped calls and high pricing.
This deal is $30 cheaper a month, 10 GB more per month, no contract and will also pay my ETF with AT&T. No brainer to me
How is Sprint's coverage around Knoxville and what's their typical data speed?
I live in LA. Not an issueThere's a reason why is cheaper. Be sure to check the coverage map and where out of network roaming begins.

Good luck with it.
If you're in LA, coverage should be fine. Sprint customer service has been atrocious for years, maybe that'll change soon though.
Fwiw t mobile has had the best customer service I've seen over the last year; I call customer care lines for each carrier multiple times per day for work, and t mobile is the only one that is consistently helpful. I get what I need to get done with the first person every time, without fail. Also if you read the fine print, they actually have the best deal. This whole bonus data thing is a crock IYAM
