I train Austin at Solus Performance Training here in Jackson. The kid is a beast. He's a bright and an extremely hard worker. Crockett Co. is a strong West Tn program. He'll be on scholarship by his junior year.

I'm liking this - good pick up. Orange blooded TN boy that is intelligent and works hard. He will be on the field soon starting with special teams.

GREAT GREAT pick up. Talkin about someone who WANTS to wear the Orange and WHITE....this is it. He's got great size and a great pursuit of the ball. Passing up other very respectable scholarship offers to be a walk-on is a big deal in my book....this kid deserves mass kudos and alot of luv from the UT fanbase IMO.

Whats this kids address, I want to send him a personal letter thanking him for wanting to be a Tennessee Vol.

Wants to be a VOL at all cost, you have to give it up to this kid. Glad he has the opportunity..GO get 'em kid...

From talking to him when he'd come to train he was high on Ole Miss but they didn't really give him time of day.(his gf goes there) He grew up a Vol fan and said all the motivation he needed was Ole Miss to not talk to him and UT to give him a shot. He's gonna blow up.

I thought I read in a post above mine he did. Color me a rumor monger for the walk ons.
FYI I hear he also turned down an offer to USC because he's Vols to the wall.

Good size...that means he's about 5'11" 220.....which is ok, too....anybody noticed our linebackers are getting bigger..?...pound-wise at least..
