It certainly is in relation to the current CFB situation. It's a matter of written, objective standards. There may be some room for interpretation about what standard applies or where an unanticipated situation fits existing law, but it's still objective.

Moot point as long as the athletes are students. You can't legally discriminate against one class of student simply because they play sports.

I have been able to get out of several speeding tickets, whether by personally knowing the officer, or by the story I made up... Other times I have not been about to get out of a ticket!
