They can bulk him up. With a good lifting program and diet he will be near 300 if not over when they are done with him.

It’s kind of hard to comment on his size without seeing him. He is 6’4” I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they think he can carry another 30-40 lbs easily enough. It’s really about his body type.

A lot of 300 lb HS guys probably ought to be 260-270 when they enter college, but they’re 300 because they’re carrying too much insulation. They don’t have to add weight, but they still have to trade some fat for muscle.

When I was younger I could put on 60lbs of muscle in 3 months just adding in extra whey protein and some creatine. With a proper program; he’ll get where he needs to be quickly.
Since you brought it up...is there anything I’ve missed regarding a S&C guy for this new group? What did they have at UCF?

No you couldn't, and you didn't. 60 lbs of fat is very possible but pro body builders can't pull off 60lbs of lean mass using all the PEDs in the world. Now go ahead and tell us how you bench pressed 500lbs in high school as a natty.

These guys this size that play OL and are noticed are usually quick and you can add weight but you can't add quickness.
