I can keep my peace no more.

People should have known when they allowed manslaughter in he wasnt going to be convicted.
The prosecution was a joke.
If it dont fit, you must acquit
It has nothing to do with race.
I feel bad a kid died however lets stop painting a picture of him as an innocent puppy.

The prosecution was a joke because they had absolutely no case to make. Sometimes, the facts just aren't on your side. Anybody that blames the prosecution of screwing this up needs to take a step back and realize that they had nothing to work with because this was as open and shut as a self defense case can be. Political revenge seeking and race hustling... nothing more.

I agree. When u cant produce one credible witness who can be unbiased you arent going to win. Ever.

Agreed. If found guilty, a whole bunch of people in Florida could/would be in trouble in the future for defending themselves.

I'm sorry for the family's lose, but at the same time time happy for the Zimmerman family's victory and most importantly the victory for the American people.

I think it is so sad, how the African American community is used so badly by their leadership. I wish that they could see past the race baiting, hate mongering, and entitlement that encourages such low expectations. Dr. King would roll over in his grave to see how his followers have tarnished the movement.

Not sure why the anger. Who cares if it went to trial?

Isn't that the point to let a jury of peers decide? He was proven to be not guilty.

There was certainly a need for a trial in this case and I think most rational people agree the truth prevailed.

Not sure why so hyperbolic in your last sentence.

It should not have gone to trial because the evidence at the scene matched precisely with Zimmerman's claims of self defense. This was as open and shut as it gets. That should also be evident by the way the prosecution was conducted. They had absolutely nothing to stand on once they charged him for murder. And he may have been found not guilty by a jury of his peers, but from the very beginning (thanks to media fabrication), and still to this day, he is guilty in the eyes of tens of millions in the public. This man's life will be in jeopardy every time he goes out in public thanks to the whipped up outrage that was completely unjustified.

There was no need for this to go to trial. That is why the Sanford PD and local AD wanted nothing to do with it. This was a reverse lynching...and that is all. If the African American leadership had tried to diffuse tensions, instead of their usual politically motivated, Molotov cocktail throwing, this sham of justice would never have happened. If Zim had been characterized as Latin American from the beginning, nobody outside of that county would know his name.

I wish I had a phone that was worth a durn, so I could upload some pics of the place I work at. I can't believe they actually pay me to hang out there. :) About the most stressful thing I have had to do so far, is a tell a residents grandson today, that he wasn't allowed to fish from the seawall. I have to (giggling as I type this) go up and walk the roofs of our 4, fifteen story buildings a couple of times every evening, to make sure there is no one up there messing around. The views at sunset are awesome. I am feeling really blessed right now. :dance2: Also...my wife's company is fast tracking her into management. They love her to death. If/when they move her into the GMs spot at her hotel, she will be making about 30-40 grand a year. After the financial struggles we have had for about the last ten years, this is kinda overwhelming. Just wanted to give God all the glory, and thanks I can for this. :hi: When I decided to move back here, it was just on pure faith that God would take care of us, if I was willing to go where he want's me to go.
