New night shift thread

Okay EG, what's up with you truckers and your Jake brakes and deciding to hit them when right next to a vehicle?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I ALWAYS do that when I'm near a car, especially if their window is down.

And if a town says engine brakes prohibited, damn straight I'm gonna let it rip.

Windows up, windows down, they things are LOUD, 'K!

Seems like every truck heading down the Interstate next to the job seems to hit them. Loud enough from 75 yards.

But the ****nutz that I'm referring to was driving a dump truck and decided it was needed on a long straight stretch coming to a red light. This is after pelting my truck with whatever he happened to be hauling of course.

They are especially loud while downshifting.

If the light was red, he prolly needed to do it. You can't be using brakes in a heavy CMV like you can a car. Brakes in a big truck can get so hot they can actually fuse the pad to the drum.

This Heat team is bipolar. Win by 20 one night. Lose by 40 two nights later. Looks like they will win by double digits tonight.

Just sitting around cruising the net for a few hours until I have to get ready for work. Listening to ground zero with Clyde Lewis also.

Not to mention the brakes can burst on to flames. Folks might not like the noise but a lot of accidents are avoided with jakes

Whats still left after my last load today. Got to work tomorrow. Well over 1 million tons left
