The first shift and third supervisor are both out for the week, so that leaves me as the lone horse for week. Luckily I don't do much of anything.

My boss is incompetent is I lead the way most of the time.

The guy directly above me is the owner, his dad handed it to him 6 years ago. He has no idea what he is doing, the first shift guy and I keep it afloat.
