New News on Coaching Positions

Just got word from my reliable source that:
Trooper is going to Oklahoma State
Slade is gone
Brooks is still a maybe
Kippy is no longer in the OC race but Marrone is the favorite.

Has anybody else heard anything?

My source has been spot on and usually about 30-60 minutes faster than any other news I can find. I trust him - he has family in the athletic department and never gives his opinion with news, just the facts.

Slade will retire due to health issues if he does anything...Roper and Luke may go with Cut....Chavis is in it for the long haul...

Currently he's the OC for the New Orleans Saints.

Coached at Tennessee a season or two a few years ago. Can't remember what position. I think TE perhaps.

I think it's fairly obvious that we will have Co-QB coaches in Tee Martin, Rick Clausen, Andy Kelly, and Heath Shuler. They will be making frequent consults with Peyton Manning.
