How is he a great motivator? This is the same guy that pulled down his pants and mooned his team during halftime. Tony Kornheiser has it right, he's a high school coach.

Ok, Rich Rod. Proven winner and now that he has Casteel back as DC, I believe he could do wonders.

And before you start with Michigan, realize the challenge he had and his team got better every year. And remember Hoke had his players with OSU a non factor and Wisconsin not even on the schedule.

McDaniels was an abject disaster in Denver. He's the perfect example of someone better suited as a number two guy, not a HC.
