New info on Nico & His Dad

Since he wasn't paid to play as many are quick to point out and he didn't want to perform any of the tasks he was actually paid for...it sure sounds like he and his family wanted a multi-million dollar welfare check. I'm glad that trash is gone.
If it was contractual then they are also screwed by Spyre’s attorneys. Think Nico’s family may be sweating a lot coming up

If Nico had stayed, I have the feeling he would have been eventually caught up in point shaving.
UCLA better watch out because now the family is more desperate for money.
He may throw a game or sit on a line if he is good enough.
To even think it is a possibility tells me we don't need that type of player here.
This right here. Ultimately we dodged a bullet. I'm glad he's gone and we're done with this circus

He wasn’t prepared to be the face of Tennessee athletics. I watched him last season at a softball game not take pictures or talk with fans. He would arrive late and leave early to avoid speaking/being seen. His dad and brother were always with him and they’d sit away from everyone.
Damn

This isn't directed at you but it's funny we are hearing all this stuff now, it really demonstrates why most Americans have lost all confidence in the press in all forms. If you noticed this, you know it was an open secret among them. If they didn't want to call him out, fine (in the old "if you can't say something nice, say nothing at all" vein) but don't straight up blow smoke up all our azzes with all the puff piece stuff about his leadership and character, etc.

Have you fought a lot of Polynesians 2 on 1? As a people, they aren’t known for being physically soft. Usually pretty tough dudes coming out of that area.
I think Calhoun's #1 is trying to tell you he's the best charter boat captain ever and is on the water 300 days a year. Tread carefully.

Oh if u knew lol
"Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth." And you will get punched in the mouth if you go man to man.

Really, you sound like the "In Glock we trust" warriors I see these days. In those situations, you're rarely the only one packing. You know what I call those guys? I don't. I call their Mom to give her bad news.....

The Nico we thought we knew was not real.
I never really thought I knew Nico. It did seem he was kinda odd (but that doesn't mean anything) and his Dad was an idiot, but I never knew much about Nico himself. Fans can't act surprised that his Dad is a greedy goofball though. One thing social media does is it lets people show who they are, and that guy has shown who he is for a while. For some reason, it only now bothers some people.

His other nephew must not be a real one and I guess is racist for playing for a white head coach. Or maybe he isn't in God's plan. IDK

One Red flag was Nico could not get many players from Cali or Polynesian decent to come here with him outta high school. None any other time until Moe, a former HS teammate. You’d think he’d have great relationships with a lot of WRs, etc but he didn’t.

I don't think he will ever look back. Evidently he has a me attitude that has been taught to him by his father.

You are never as good as you think you are, but your never as bad as someone else thinks you are.

Nico will need a lot of therapy when he cuts the umbilical cord from his dad.
His dad, and his dad making decisions for him all the time, may explain why Nico was slow in throwing passes or making decisions in the game. It appears all of his decisions in his life were made by his dad.

Yes, this is how it really should work. The offer is that if you participate in the activities we line up for you then we can guarantee you dollars, but you don't get those dollars if you choose not to participate.
I don't know, but I would think he would have signed an agreement agreeing to participate in events in the nil agreement.
