Where are you getting your information? The company is worth about $10 billion and the Haslams own half of it. There are less than 1,000 truck stops. They aren't worth a couple hundred million dollars each.

Pilot owns more than just truck stops and gas stations.

Whatever properties Pilot might own, the entire company is worth about $10 billion and around half of that belongs to the Haslams. They did not just get $130 billion for their share. They'll still own 20% of the company that BH is taking control of and they'll continue to own the convenience stores near Knoxville. Pilot is a downstream retailer in the fuel business. Not an exploration company. Not a pipeline transporter. Not a refiner.

They sell the refinery they got with the FJ deal?

There's no way I take a fall for Haslam if I'm one of these lower level execs. I tell the FBI the whole truth from day one, consequences be damned. No way on this earth the rebate scam wasn't dictated from the guy at the top. This guy is absolutely infatuated with his money, power and himself.

One thing we do know about Schiano. He don't talk.

Pilot bought the truck stops when Flying J was in bankruptcy and selling off it's assets.

No ****, FJ owned a refinery in UT that went with the deal. I stopped doing business with PFJ shortly after that deal was done so I'm asking, did they sell the refinery? They also have a marine fueling operation at some of the CA ports.

FJ Management's assets were a minority stake in the Pilot/Flying J truck stops and the refineries. The Maggelet family owns FJM.

We need to boycott everything Haslam gets money from. Pilot and anything else you can think of. Hit him in the pocket and run him out of the state!
