Of course. When this all went down, IMO, Haslam told them they would be covered and the game plan was set in motion so that Haslam didn't take the fall. They will plead, pay the fines and if anyone gets jail time it will be a short stint in a white collar facility.

White collar crime pays and pays very well. Pay a few fines as the cost of doing business when caught and get right back to it. Until people start winding up in prison - and not a country club type - there won't be an end.

Doesn't send much of a positive message when a corrupt businessman's name is on your school of business either. Not much wiggle room - Haslam was involved or too incompetent to see fraud right under his nose if he's running the show - can't claim either position as a positive.

Where are you getting your information? The company is worth about $10 billion and the Haslams own half of it. There are less than 1,000 truck stops. They aren't worth a couple hundred million dollars each.
