Nothing like going 17-18 the last 3 years at Georgia Tech....that’s some big time winning right there.

Bring Johnson and his triple option to Knoxville ASAP. Hell, maybe he can step his game up a bit, install the single wing and really put some points on the board.

Gruden has insinuated himself with the help of a rabid and starving fan base into the last two coaching searches and no one seems interested in putting the silliness to pasture.

I just laugh it off and have fun with it and this site at this point.

I don't give enough to the school for my opinion to matter on the topic. They will hire who they hire without input from me.

Witch Doctor say very doubtful we have a coach before early mid dec. Most are coaching are not going to be talking or committing before the reg season ends. But who know?

Teams don't use it much anymore because talent and speed is everywhere.

Once teams figure it out it is easier to defend and if you get behind......your screwed.

Some schools like the service academies use it because of the talent they get. Nebraska used to destroy folks with it; however now with talent and speed teams can do the same thing (virtually) with the spread.....and still have the opportunity to pass the ball great.......when it is done properly.

At least he had some swagger. I prefer "We're gonna sing Rocky Top all night long after we beat Florida"... over "Indiana State is a very, very good football team and this will be a tremendous challenge for a YOUNG football team like us".

One thing for sure is I like how Currie has things locked down on leaks. If this were any of the two previous, we'd be trailing their daily moves thru tail numbers or leaks. This leads me to believe that they know what they're doing and we will get one of our top targets.

Think John Currie's surprise surprise candidate that no one realistically thinks is possible is James Franklin. Winner with SEC experience. Franklin might want to move.

Willie Taggart pushing for Tennessee job.

Think it's highly unlikely, but think most would be good with Franklin. Haven't hear this, but also doesn't mean this or Peterson or Patterson...or Gruden can't happen either. Taggart...don't really have an opinion.

And I doubt he would go to Tennessee. Sure just like every other power 5 coach would use it for more $$$ at their current school.

Oregon has plenty of 💵💵💵💵💵💵💵💵

Taggart would be a great get for Tennessee IMO
He has a easier setup for success already at Oregon.

They will give him more money based on his second half of the season.
