Schiano has a better resume than Norvell, Campbell, Brohm, Frost...college wise. We are purely guessing they would be better, based on media hype and recent success. If we put all their resume to a voLation search committee and redacted the names, I have no doubt Schiano would #1 or #2 most popular behind Frost. I would like to see what they would do at Rutgers. My problem is if we can't hire a Petersen or Jimbo, we should go with Sumlin. Wins more than Mullen. Cheaper. Has won in the SEC against tougher competition.

The wording is confusing. When they say "not to waste time", they mean "get the job done quickly", not "don't even bother doing it". They want the staff to clean up faster than normal.
