Its a huge selling point. In terms of the practice field alone, it is the best looking facility in the conference with the concrete columns and the offices overlooking the field. Now, the weight room, trainging room, etc are not as good as some other schools, but the practice field itself is the best in the SEC.
But, it is hot as h*** in there....lol.
With the new addition, that will include a two-story weight room, team lounge, new traning room, etc; UT will again have the top football facility in the SEC.
I played high school football AND have worked in Neyland-Thompson during the summer and the facilities are just fine, Crusse you are a pussy dude, football practice isn't supposed to be easy in fact its SUPPOSED to be unbearable, games are far easier than any well run practice. How could anybody complain about the heat in there? The whole wall facing haslam field is nothing but vents and garage doors which are almost always open rain or shine not to mention the giant fans
forgive me for asking but...where the you know what is all this money coming from? stadium renovation and then a new football facility? i mean im glad but we are in a recesion people lol where is it coming from?
