New Coordinators Needed....

I like Jones, most of us do: He's a very good recruiter, which this program desperately needs. He loves Tennessee. He has done good things here. Unfortunately, winning is not one of them.

I think he needs to go out and find two new coordinators--two of the best minds he can find. We need a Cutcliffe type on offense--someone who can be left alone to do his thing. Same with defense. Do that and let's see where it takes us. I would /not/ support the idea of changing head coaches again. Jones HAS moved us forward, we are better--just not good enough. If we change head coaches again, we start over again. Jones needs to keep recruiting and find two coordinators who know what the hell they are doing--I'd like for guys who have some NFL experience, if possible. Hire new coordinators and let's see what happens over the next two years.

Agreed! Everyone calling for Debord's head but Azzani has been here 3 years and our WRs continue to be non-existent.

Jones should have hired one of TCU's co-offensive coordinators. Seriously, TCU puts up BIG points. I'd love to see that style of offense with the players we have.
