This conclusion below clearly indicates a lack of understanding of what our coaches and players are doing to get ready over winter and spring.. JJ will be seeing significant playing time if not starting next fall. .

Conclusion: Currently, he is very raw and is possibly two years away from any meaningful time at the next level. He does possess a lot of potential and natural ability and his long-term future is very bright. Look for him to be a two- to three-year starter with NFL potential.

They thought they had a shot. The meltdown is not as great as one would hope for. It seems most of the UGA fans are depressed and have given up on their team. They couldn't care less it seems...

It's one of those necklace things that you put your keys on. I don't know the exact name but you know what I'm talking about. He just has it turned around backwards for the pic. It is an Army one that was given to participants at one of the camps...

That would be a Lanyard. Now you can go play jeopardy and be in peace. :p

That is where they loose their credibility. When the recruits make the visit to Knoxville they know what a great college town it is. Athens is small potatoes when you compare the two.

Athens is a great college town. Knoxville is a nice small city. They're really two different categories.

Athens would be a much nicer place to spend your college years. Knoxville would be a much nicer place to live afterwards.

Was this kid playing for one of the teams where coach O dropped in in the helicopter?

we recruiting junkies have eagerly awaited this committment. question LV. the lined article, above, says that he is 2 years away from meaningful playing time. do you agree with that assesment, given the need of the O-line next year? who of our hopeful prospects would be able to contribute the earliest? Cullen?

Yea, I agree with that assessment. If you watch some vids of him, he looks like he weighs about 260. He still has alot of growing up to do; kinda thin. He would have to add alot of strength quickly to play some meaningful snaps next year. Cullen definitely has a better chance of playing early and Chaz does as well imo. James has huge upside though...

James, 260?

I'm surprised it hasn't been easier recruiting big time OL. There has to be a few blue-chippers out there that can come here and play right away. That's not the case at many big time programs.

I know he doesn't weigh 260. I was talking about the way he looks. He does not look anywhere close to 295. He can put alot more weight on his frame...

Agreed. He could easily carry 320 and not lose a step with proper strength and conditioning.
