As much as I can't stand Steve Spurrier,if he became our head coach,I would start pulling for another team.I hope and trust that this never happens.

As much as I dislike Spurrier, and would hate to have to see him at UT, rumor is he isnt happy with some decisions that USC is making. I think he might actually go for a UT job for 2 reasons: 1) He could beat USC and laugh about it 2) He would have an actual chance at beating the Gators cause our players stay out of jail (for the most part) LOL

I'm curious as to how a few of you are so certain he wouldn't be up for it.

Why wouldn't he? Its a perfect fit at this time. We need a shot in the arm. He gets to 'build' another program in the SEC.

I think he'd be open to it and IF those in the UT community that still hold grudges towards Steve could put the betterment of the program ahead of personal feelings, they'd see he's a perfect fit.

I call BS...........and if you're serious, then what kind of UT fan are you to stop pulling for UT b/c of who their coach is?

that's my opinion and if you don't like it,then that's your problem.I've been a vol fan for a long time,probably longer than you have been born,so I don't feel you can judge my loyalty to the vols.

I think that if Alvarez left the school as AD, Wisconsin would be in the dirt in about 5 years. I don't know much about Bielema though. Contrary to my predictions that can probably be rendered useless now, I think PSU can win the Big 10.
