I just believe he is the next Jim Tressel. (Just my opinion)
He's a proven winner, winning multiple championships.

If Pruitt goes 3-9 or 2-10 the seat will be hot. If we come out 2-6 to start next year with loses to (okl/fla/Mizo/usc/bama) he’s done.

Hey he very well could be.

I’m just a bit scared of Tennessee “taking a chance”

If Pruitt is fired and the next guy doesn’t exactly work......wow, look out Tennessee will only have bottom feeder or new coaches to choose form for a while.

Not that great coaches will now be ringing the phones off the hook if Pruitt is fired.

Again he is a good coach and could become a great D1 coach; however for me I think he may still need a few years......Tennessee is not in great shape.

Get Les out of Kansas and have Tee serve as OC/coach in waiting.

I understand your point, but if we fire Pruitt, no great coach will come here.
Klein is a championship coach and I truly feel he would win here and if we give him an incentive heavy contract that could protect us. These big buy out contracts have got to stop (unless of course Saban wants to coach us lol).

Could be the guy, I wouldn’t be against it, he would be better than Pruitt.

I just think Tennessee could probably land the NC ST guy......may never be great (I do t know) but he is good and has been somewhat proven.

For me 11-3, 12-1 at UNI and 9-4 two years in a row at NC ST is better than average (with only 1 bad season while getting things going).

He's 45–35 at NC state that's WAY average. Definitely not what we need.

45-35 at a P5 job. 20-28 in conference. So you’re right. Right about what Tennessee would hire LOL
