I just don’t get it you guys go on and on about it , we’ve had Dooley , Butch , Pruitt and they all suck , I would take Kiffin back if he wanted to come back . At the end of the day it’s about results if I feel like he can get results I’m not worried about my own feelings , id hate to hurt yours you obviously have a lot of themThat is. Kiffin cooked his own goose and you want others to get over it.

Other could mean anyone. It’d be nice to have a barometer of how many of our fans would prefer to stick with Pruitt specifically
Being patient is fine if you feel like you’re headed in the right direction , but when we are continuing to get worse its more or less just being content with being badThere won't be a new coach, and at this stage it's most dubious to infer that there will be for at least the next couple-or-so years. The problem with this version of UT's football team is almost entirely rooted in one area...an astounding lack of experience. From those of us who've played this fun sport in any organized manner, one quickly discovers that, particularly when they're newbies, players learn more from their fellow players than they do from their coaches. As time passes...after lots and lots of meetings and practices and study sessions, the learning-from-coaches percentile increases. There's practically zilch for leadership in this group, and this staff has just been assembled. My take? We may as well do our best to relax and, instead of expecting W's to outnumber L's, let's appreciate whatever notable progress we can see. There's a fairly long way to go with this bunch, but they seem to be dedicated, and the talent level is growing. With a couple more similar recruiting classes, with the coaching from these seasoned vets sinking in, with an overall grasp of how to win football games with this newly assembled group, we'll, indeed, find our UT football back in that upper tier of potential champions. Hey, fellow VNers. I'm pretty dang old and dealing with a bad and failing heart,; not many years at all to keep processing oxygen with y'all. Kids, if I can be patient about our beloved Vols, why can't some of you?
I’ll try to make it very simple. KIFFIN walked out the door and took his toys with him. It didn’t go well for him. Then (and only then) he says he’s sorry. And you believe that he “just made a mistake” want to trust him again. In Kiffin’s world, he is always first. He hasn’t changed. He’s only sorry THAT IT DIDN’T WORK OUT FOR HIM.I just don’t get it you guys go on and on about it , we’ve had Dooley , Butch , Pruitt and they all suck , I would take Kiffin back if he wanted to come back . I don't prefer it per say, but it's really the only realistic option. There's zero percent chance our admin makes a homerun hire. Expirementing with could-be's is why we're in this mess, might as well stick with the one we have. I don't like it, but I'm not the one cutting checks unfortunately lol.Other could mean anyone. Ya know what if Pruitt was any good and Bama offered him he’d be gone tomorrow so I’ll take my chances if Kiffin ever wanted to come back .
No more unproven, inexperienced guys. Period. Proven HFC only need apply, and winners at the top level to boot.It is not on the list but I would suggest Joe Brady LSU's Offensive Coordinator. He has turned a pitiful offense into what appears to be a juggernaut (to this point). And I'm not even going to get into the turnaround he has performed on the LSU quarterback. This guy has made LSU a genuine contender.
GIve Kiffin Golden handcuffs. He leaves to go elsewhere (especially to an SEC school) and his buyout triples or quadruples... something like that. And make it easier for him to be fired if he doesn't produce. He wants to come back to the show, we don't back up a truck full of money until he earns it.Once again Pruitt would do the same thing if Bama came calling , his dream school has no interest in him ruining their program though , but give the thumbs up like we’ve accomplished something by not wanting Kiffin back.
