No, the side facing the stadium is a solid screen. It will be broken up with ads in certain spots, but the entire thing is capable of showing video.
If you've ever been to Turner Field, it's the same as their new board, where they use different parts for different things, but the entire surface is sometimes used for video.
The backside that faces the river and Neyland Drive will be three solid pictures that can be changed out like bilboards. They will feature historical shots and/or pics of current players. There is no video capability on this side.
