Feels like it hit me tonight! We got a new leg press machine. I didn't see it until after I did a few sets of squats, that hurt my knee. So me being really smart, went ahead and done the new machine anyway!

When you get to my age, those “at the last minute decisions” will haunt you later on. My knees and hip remind me on a daily basis.
