Neverending MBRO memory thread

I’ve gotten to where I don’t even realize that the mask is on, EXCEPT when it creeps upward and hits my lower eyelashes. That drives me nuts! And since I avoid touching the area over my mouth and nose, all I can do is tug on the edge below my chin and the edge with the bendy strip over the bridge of my nose. Aaarrrgghh! (We wear the blue paper disposable procedural masks.) I’ve just decided to regard the fogging as a Thing that goes away eventually.

PS - check out Staples for good prices on the blue masks. Watch for the sales.
Same mask I wear daily. I have to pull it below my nose when I flip my readers down then back up once my reading task is done. Fogged glasses suck.

I wear my readers down my nose anyway, so I can usually find a happy medium with the glasses on top of the mask, crimping the hell out of the mask nosepiece.

I don’t know what Julia Sugarbaker would have done in Covid times:

Let us know how it works!

I may have added to my personal complexities in getting out of my car in the library parking lot. 🤪
Well, it may be Friday now. I just looked in our medical storage and no tape. I'll have to get some after work tomorrow if my feeble mind can remember it.

A thought: have you tried taping the top of the mask to your skin using that white non-ouchy bandage tape? If nothing else, you’d get a better seal.
I haven't done that, but have tried the ones with the little metal piece that kinda clamps to your nose. I'll try the tape soon.

Tiffany texted me and said little bit has to be quarantined again because of some kid she was around at school Monday, school called for her to come get her. Problem is, she wasn't at school, they weren't allowed to go back till yesterday.
