I've been trying to help the newer guy, and he's stayed disappeared the whole time, so I just went back to my job. Now he's mad I won't go back. He wanted me to do everything, and him take credit, not happening.

He's already "supposed to be trained". He spent a year on the other day shift with the guy who has the most seniority. I'm just supposed to help him if he needs it, cause he's on our shift till they do another round of moving a couple from nights. Problem is, the other shift takes made up breaks, and he still does. He'll ask for my help, then say he's gonna go smoke, then come back and ask what I did to fix it. I've been more than nice, but it's gotten to where he stays gone, so I'm gonna start staying on my job
