No, but I reckon that couple is okay now. They're still together.

She cried some, but she's known him for years. It honestly bout makes me cry, I can't fathom a kid feeling that hopeless. She said he wasn't bullied, or never heard him ever complain about anything at home. He could've just been good at hiding something.

do they know why ? I have read this happens more often than its publicized, early in the school year - some kids dread going back because of bullies and peer pressure ( my SIL is a teacher and talks about it )

I have several teenagers that work for me that come from bad homes. They get so overwhelmed with their home life, social interactions and school. Most don’t have stability. Thank goodness she does. It will just take time for her.

seems like a lot of this stems from social media bullying. for a lot of young people, their virtual world is more emotionally significant than real life.

That’s true, social media is their real life now days. It goes over my head, thank goodness.

She said nobody knew, except maybe his best friend, but that's just a guess.

Just found out the kid was 16, I was assuming 15 because he's in the same grade as Charity. Also, he was my neighbors grandson.
