SIL had their final hearing this morning, and judge stuck with the temporary order. She lost custody, and has to pay child support. Her ex has moved to Alabama, so she has to meet for her visitation.

On one hand I hate it for her, but she did do it to herself with the partying and drugs/alcohol. I think her texting him and threatening to accuse him of sexually abusing her daughter was the main thing.

If you're gonna lie on someone, don't text them and tell them what you're planning. I know her parents said the judge went off about that.

I honestly do too. Every weekend she was supposed to have them, she'd take them to her parents, and go clubbing. The judge talked to the boys, and found out she rarely had them when she was supposed to. I think that hurt her also.
