I love pesto. Behr gave me the idea of using black walnuts in place of the pine nuts. It turned out great.

Since I’m on record for not liking ketchup, l usually do a beef gravy instead of the ketchup .

Finally watching a movie and being lazy

I do a braised Salmon with Basil and toasted Almonds that is really good. For the basil I just pulse it in the processor with olive oil.
