Neverending MBRO memory thread

Yes. Tore up an ankle pretty bad about a month after I got home from Iraq. Ended up getting the injections after several months in a boot. What do you want to know?
just glad to know you know how much it sucks. Everyone I've talked to says it works in the end, but it's just super painful to even walk on it right now

No. I do it after I get up.

I'm not fancy enough to be able to stretch prior to getting up. That's pretty impressive
As soon as your eyes open, before you ever get out of bed, lay on your back and pull your toes toward your chest....keeping your leg straight. You're gonna feel it in your ankle and calf. Hold it for 20 to 30 seconds. You can do it if you've been sitting for a long time too, before your stand up. It's like #4 here, only you don't need a towel or anything.

BEFORE your feet hit the ground in the morning.

If it’s good enough for Kobe it’s good enough for me.

I kid I kid, I’ll keep y’all updated
It took almost three years after I retired for the pain to subside. Still flares up now and again, but, nothing like it was my last 10 years in the military.

Had that needle jabbed into my ankle in 3 or 4 spots. Definitely not fun. When it's less painful, check out a Step Stretch. It was a huge help to me.
I’m a runner and have had one of those for years, but thanks. I blew my ankle on a trail race over a year ago. Was trying to recover quick enough to make my DA Select Recruiting school, overdid it, now I’m here.

Girls both have a friend over tonight. Sounds like a party, they're gonna have to hush soon!

Also, someone came by and dropped off a huge load of squash and cucumbers earlier. Wife was gone for a few minutes, and we have no idea who it was.

Hope you feel better
