Neverending MBRO memory thread

Disappointing.

Would you please toss a chair.

We're in South Memphis. A chair is less of a weapon than what's probably being carried in here...

Edit - Son stepped in front of other team trying to dunk on him and drew a charge. Opposing coach just got thrown out for arguing call.

At son's HS JV basketball game. End of 1st quarter. No fouls, no techs, no brawls....yet

My son played football from little league to high school, seen a lot from the other parents, from showing up drunk to their son’s practice to stealing from fundraising from 2 different sets of parents. My son always told me that, when any of the games were being played, he could always hear my voice over everyone else.

My son can relate, except for baseball. I was both a coach and a spectator at times.

My wife won't even go to half the games just because she's the vocal one in the family and she's been the parent who has been tossed from the gym (Once a ref was telling my son's team that he didnt wanna hear anything from them and wife yelled out "You arent seeing anything either")

The ironic thing..son refs youth soccer and basketball to make $$$$

The only reason the coach never said anything was because I was in charge of schlepping myself all over our town every year, to get donations for team. (Wouldn’t have mattered, I’d still been that “one parent”) lol

It's nippy outside, but I don't think it got as cold as they said it would
