Neverending MBRO memory thread

But may run my daughter to the outlets shopping after practice

Miss Feisty spent the day with the remodel guys doing (please God) the last bits of the remodel: replacing the code-legal-but-pathetic vent hood that I bought with the original purchase that works. Then getting my mom reoriented to her assisted living apartment, which she couldn’t quite remember after 3 1/2 days in the hospital.

The vent chimney picked up a crease in the seven months that it waited to be installed, but it works like a champ, so I’m hoping my brain will learn to tune it out, or call it “character”.

My heart is broken guys. I just got back from taking my cat to the vet with new neurological symptoms (loss of balance, weakness) and she’s positive for FIV (“kitty AIDS”). No telling how long she’s got.

We’ll keep her comfortable as long as we can (as long as she purrs.)

She’s almost 17, and I knew the end would be coming, but this is going to be so damn hard. She’s such a great cat. I always joked that she was my beloved Golden Retriever returned as a slightly stumpy-legged long-haired green-eyed furball.

😢, so sorry.

This is weird though. She has a fever of 101, coughing, but says she feels fine. Other than she did wake up pouting saying her throat hurt bad.

Grandson? The way you post, I thought you were in your early 20’s.
