Neverending MBRO memory thread

Gotta go get molested by the dr for my physical in a minute 🤣. Tiffany wants to go, she doesn't think I'll tell her what they say 🤣.

I did get a pack 9f thin ribeyes, may do a stir fry with them, or fry them in the iron skillet. Idk yet
 
Doing breakfast before I hit the gym. Bacon, hash browns, biscuits, and fresh eggs right out of the chickens butt!

You know what I really don't understand? My kidneys, and kidney function. I drink way too much my dew and stuff, but every year the numbers are perfect. So much, they even say they're amazed at my age how good the numbers are. I get occasional kidney stones, but I do drink a lot of "pop". Makes me feel bad because of Tiffany, I don't even like telling her they said everything was good, especially the kidneys.
 
Think I'm gonna fry those thin ribeyes in the iron skillet, with baked potato and salad
 
Since not many come in here, I'm going to post progression pictures. I never really worked on my back, or shoulders until about 6 months ago. I've really put in some work, and proud it's paying off. It's not something I'd put on Facebook or anything, but want to post somewhere 🤣. It just makes me happy to be my age, and see muscle growth. The pictures are in order from several months ago, to about two months ago, and last one was today. I've had Tiffany take pictures, just cause I was curious if I could ever see a difference. It's not body builder stuff, but I can tell a difference. It's the muscle between the shoulders at the bottom of the neck
 
Idk, I know it's silly, but it just makes me happy to see results from putting the work in. I'm a guy like that 🤣
 
Bout to go work a few hours of overtime. I can work whenever my trainer does, and he's working some today. He doesn't do a full 12 hours, probably around 12:30, or something.

You work out a lot and don't drink Joe. That can reduce a lot of issues. I assume you drink a lot of water too.

I stayed longer than my trainer, he left after 11. One of the head guys asked if I wanted to help him about an hour. He told me I didn't have to just work when my trainer did, said I could come whenever I wanted, he'd keep me busy.
