You're trading your skills (and work ethic) in exchange for pay and benefits (and general work environment.) Might be interesting to know if this other company puts a higher value on your work than does your current one.Talk about temptation, not a girl. Friend of ours wants me to get a job where they work. It's a Johnson and Johnson company, same pay and better, and better benefits. Same shift, but I'd have to go back to nights, but the temptation is the bonuses. They get around $3,000 every quarter, and got $6,000 at Christmas. 3 weeks vacation to start, 40 hours of sick time, 40 personal, and two floating holidays. It makes you think
