Neverending MBRO memory thread

We missed Sunday school. Was supposed to pick up another kid, then she backed out out not feeling great

I lift weights at home but they are only light dumbells.
Anything is better than nothing! Too much can hurt you. I've got bad "little man" syndrome, and hurt myself doing too much a couple of weeks ago. I don't go heavy a lot at the gym, but if it's not crowded sometimes I will. Just over did it, but better now. Needed a little warm up, but not good to do after you've lifted a lot already
