I don't feel like moving now!

We are the same age and I don’t see how you do it plus I’m on shots to help and still don’t have the energy. But I am finally getting sleep for the first time in months. So maybe it will come. I actually slept 8 hours last night

Lol. I should try it I guess. I’ve gone for about 2 years getting an hour or two a night of sleep

I sleep about 5 hours a night and still wake up at least twice a night, looking at the time and calculating how long until the alarm will go off.

The best sleep I get is in 9 minute intervals hitting the snooze button. I guess the time throughout the night and am usually pretty spot on.

I never hit the snooze button. Too afraid I’ll go into a deep sleep. My mind is usually going before my feet hit the floor.

Idk if you can. Manchester is like 30 minutes from Nashua. Hampton beach is as far away in this state we drove, it was almost an hour away.
