I had a treadmill at one time, ashamed to admit, I was just like anyone else, used it to hang my clothes on, coming out of the dryer. In my defense, workout room was next to the washer and dryer.

I've been trying to take the girls as much as possible. I need about 2 hours to do my routine, so I gotta go by myself. Then take tgem for an hour or so on days I can.

Now for some sucky news. Mayo called back, head infectious disease Dr said the treatment she done here would be what they'd recommend. Told her there was nothing else that they would do different, so there was no use in her making a trip for them to recommend the same thing. That's like a kick in the nads.

I don’t know joe, seems like you both have been lead in circles. Have you got a copy of all her medical records? ( I know a stupid question, since you have a lawyer).

Edit: one more thing, while we all tell you that we pray and feel for your family (we do), please tell Tiffany that she is admired and our hearts are with her.

Yeah, we have everything. I just hate that their answer was what we've already done. She's surprisingly not real upset at the moment.

makes you wonder if Mayo is distracted about all the coronavirus crap going on like most other medical establishments

I took a thousand dollars out of my 401k (which I don't recommend to anybody for any reason) in 2007 and bought my treadmill. Hubby has had to order one part in the 13 years I've had it. I love Love LOVE my treadmill.

Well ****. That's basically what happened when mom went to MD Anderson.

The plus side is that she hasn't been missing something that would have helped.

Time to get the cutthroat attorney Joe.

I agree with Volly, you need a hair on fire lawyer to shake up the medical people. Tiffany has been through way too much suffering. Have you informed your lawyer that the Mayo Clinic declined to see her?

My son’s father insisted we HAD to have a exercise room (in the early 2000’s). Outfitted with the standard Bo-Flex (of course), stationary bike, free weights and of course, the treadmill (that would get me in shape), a little over 2 months in, all became dust collectors, and as stated, clothes hanger.

Yeah, I think one needs a certain type of metabolism and motivation to utilize a well stocked exercise room.

Her lawyer has us set up with a surgeon next Friday.

I wanna share what happened tonight. We hadn't told anyone about the mayo thing, except our parents and I shared with you all. Got to church tonight and the youth started singing, they always do Wednesday night choir. After that the pastor and his wife sang a couple of songs, then sang another called "I just held on". They get done, and he starts saying he thought he was gonna preach, but just feels something different. He called out my name and Tiffany's, and said we need to come forward. He said he felt like the church should pray for her, and me. So that was the service, everyone gathered around us at the altar and prayed. She wept so much, as did I. She never speaks during church, but after she said how much she needed that song and prayer. It's just amazing to me when God works and does something like that. I know some people have doubts about things, but I'm telling you, those moments are real. I mean how else but God could that happen exactly the way it did after we get sucky news today? He had no clue, but God did, and knew me and her both needed that. I've seen it happen many times over the years, and it still amazes me each time I experience something like that, whether it's us personally or not.

Not aimed at you joe by any stretch so please don’t take it that it is. You just reminded me I’ve had childhood cancer was suppose to be dead by 15. Been through a horrible motorcycle wreck and had my lower face ripped off. Told I had colon cancer rebuked the dr in his office and told him he was wrong. you name it I’ve went rounds with it. Been stabbed, and shot at. Even though I didnt believe it as a young adult YHWH is good and my thought has always been either he heals me here in this life or the next. I WILL be healed. I don’t know why that has always been my thought since I was a kid. I’m 45 and I’m still fighting and will til my last breath Tiffany is stronger than I am cuz she’s a woman. Keep your faith she wins either way. I’m praying for yall.
Edit. guess I kinda aimed it to you after all. Wasn’t intiallly what I was doing
