Do we run through the T at bowl games or neutral site games in general? Just wondering for Bristol.

Not sure, but it probably depends on whether or not the band travels.

Surely the band will travel to that historic event. I wonder how the locker room situation will be set up? It would be weird to run through the T if they're just standing around out in the open just beyond the end zone.

Edit: I bet that they set up a couple if those large event/wedding tents at each end for "locker rooms". They'll probably have to roll in some sort of temporary shower rooms on tractor trailers or something... maybe have a bunch of Port-O-****ters too. It's going to be a weird setup. Especially with the night race happening just a few weeks prior.

I'd say no in this case because the team will have to cross the track to get to the field. Would be weird to see them bunched up on the side of the field waiting to run through.

When it is Tennessee, there are NO neutral sites!

Been to the last 2 Bowls and they were both basically Home Games!!

no at bowl games. the bowls always have a pre-game activities going on the field. band can't get on there.

I suspect that will be true at neutral site games also. Bristol will be an event and I'm sure there is going to be things happening on the field prior to kickoff

I wonder if the track will be clear and a car or two takes a few laps. Maybe the giant Food City Shopping Cart takes some left turns on the track.

That's how it was at the game against BGSU. There's no entrance behind the goal post, so the team just huddled against the wall.

The B @ B is a serious event that's going to make football History.

It's also not real far away from K town.

I would expect that AD Hart would insist that the Pride be allowed on the field for our traditional run through the T as well as a halftime show.

AD Hart knows this is a HUGE opportunity for major PR for Tennessee so I expect him to insist on certain things and I'll be very disappointed if he doesn't.

There should be some way to arrange our traditions like the Vol Walk and running through the T especially since there's been such a long time to make all arrangements.

I don't know the background and tradition of running through the T. I like the idea of it being specific and special at Neyland.
